We had a split stay last week at this B&B as we had a wedding to attend further north in Italy. We arrived on the Monday and a lovely guy who works there, John showed us to our room and showed us how to travel around Rome and provided maps and information. We left on Wednesday morning for our wedding, John agreed to look after some luggage for us as we were returning thursday for another couple nights. John was extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is central to see the vatican, colloseum and all other main sights. Breakfast was wheeled into your room every morning with your choice of croissants, cereal, fruit meat or cheese and drinks of your choice. Not fancy but absolutely spotlessly clean and fresh. The accommodation is extremely safe as there is 2 locked doors before you get to your room and also there is a safe in the room. If you want somewhere central, clean, reasonably priced and excellent customer service this is the place to stay to venture around. John is a real credit to himself as well.

We stayed at this B&B for 4 nights - our room was spacious & spotlessly clean. Our room had a fridge & tea, coffee, fruit & cookies were always available. There was also a microwave we could use. Breakfast was brought to our room at a time of our choosing. Food was all fresh & a good choice. John looked after us brilliantly, polite & informative & so helpful. We left early so missed breakfast but John kindly made us sandwiches. The B&B is in a quiet location but a 2 minute walk to the nearest metro which takes you to the centre & we were a 15min walk to the Vatican. Highly recommend a stay here, you won’t regret it!

We stayed here for 4 nights in August and were seriously impressed with the service, room standard and general hospitality of everyone who welcomed us. The B&B is within walking distance of many sites including the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish steps and Vatican City but is in a quiet location. Everything is included to make your stay comfortable from hot drinks and cookies accessible in the foyer 24 hours a day, a library with numerous guide books and breakfast served in your room at your chosen time. This place is great!

We stayed at Houspitality Caesar B&B for 3 nights early October 2017 and absolutely loved our stay. Claudia even took the stress out of our arrival and departure by booking us a transfer to & from FCO airport - this cost just €40 each way, which is a bargain as one way by train/metro would cost €15.50 per person. We arrived late and Claudia ensured we were able to check in despite arriving after normal check in hours (12-7pm). Claudia also gave us a little tour of the B&B and our room. And provided us with a map and talked us through our location and how far away we were from the main attractions and bars/restaurants. The room we were given was lovely and had everything we needed. There was a even a mini fridge that had water and soft drinks, all free of charge and stocked up daily! There was a TV but we couldn't find any English channels, this didn't matter to us as we just used our iPad as there was free wifi in the room too. The breakfast provided was absolutely fantastic, and such a treat as it was delivered daily to our room at a time of our choosing! We were given a checklist of all breakfast items available each day, which we completed and handed in before 8pm day prior. I have included a picture of the breakfast tray we received on our first morning! The common area of the B&B was lovely too, there were tea and coffee facilities, and even some biscuits & sweets! There were also many guides to Rome to help plan your trip. We found the location of the B&B to be perfect. The neighbourhood we were in was quiet but we felt very safe - it was nice to get away from hustle and bustle of central Rome! The nearest metro (Lepanto) was a 5 minute walk down the road, and the 87 bus which can get you pretty much anywhere departed from just outside the metro station. Transport is very cheap, just ensure you purchase your ticket before you travel as you cannot pay on the bus/metro. You also need to validate the ticket before travelling. We walked to most of the attractions during our stay. It took us around 20mins to arrive at the Trevi Fountain/ Spanish steps, and around the same amount of time to get to Vatican City. Overall, we would highly recommend staying here! Thanks to Claudia and her team for making our trip so special.

Today is the 2nd day that we're here and I couldn't wait any longer to leave a review before our departure 4 days from now. I cannot begin to express the immaculate service and attention to detail that this place offers. The warmth and friendliness of the host upon arrival to the detail breakfast options delivered directly to your room at your requested time to the ease of access to sites from the location has to be unmatched by any. Not only would I recommend this place but if I could move in and live there I would. Keep up the amazing service Claudia and team...five stars is not enough to offer but is all that's available to give.
